Spiritual Coaching/Companioning

The longest relationship you will ever have is with yourself! But it's
the one to which people usually devote the least time. You are here to remember who you really are as a spiritual being having a human experience.

Discovering who you are and loving all of who you see (the good and the not so good) allows you to live authentically, to be free, to be fulfilled and to be joyful. In doing so, you can live powerfully from that place of authenticity, no matter what.

Athletes, actors, musicians, professionals, and anyone who wants to improve their personal best do so by seeking outside help. They work with a coach to become the best they can be. Change doesn't happen overnight. You first learn to walk before we can run.

Spiritual coaching is not advice or therapy. It is a proactive and
dynamic approach to discovering who you really are. The founding principle is that you are creative, whole and resourceful. As you identify the changes that you seek to make, spiritual coaching provides an understanding of choices, perspectives as well as clarification of personal values that will guide your journey. Homework and accountability, the hallmark of spiritual coaching, ensure that you are moving toward your goals and learning more about who you are at the same time.

As your spiritual coach, I will encourage and challenge you to move
forward and realize your aims or purpose in life. I intentionally create a holistic experience that is warm, compassionate and confidential. We work together in partnership. The agenda is yours.

At the outset, I will get to know you through discussion as well as a series of thought-provoking exercises that assist in identifying the focus for spiritual coaching. Most importantly, I will listen.

The purpose of our interactions is to:

• Awaken to an aware, conscious state
• Develop an authentic relationship to yourself, others and God
• Know more clearly who you are as a spiritual being
• Apply tools and exercises in your daily life
• Consciously connect body, mind and spirit
• Integrate your work and leisure lives
• Live a values-based life

As a spiritual coach, I will hold the focus on your desired outcome and to coach you to stay clear and in action. Ultimately, you will create the life of your dreams ­ one step at a time. The power lies with you ­ it always has.
